I’m going to show how to make “torta di riso” (rice salty cake), one of the most traditional plates of my region, Liguria and telling you something about traditions and anedocts related to our local recipies.

If you want to make it live make sure to have the following ingredients on hand:

200gr flour
2 cups of rice
100 gr butter
4 eggs
4 tablespoon parmigian
250 ml milk
salt, pepper , nutmeg

*may be useful to cook the rice in advance to have it cold
