Learn to make (then eat!) pasta from scratch. No previous experience is necessary. Follow our chef and learn to make fettuccine, ravioli and much more. Get ready with 1 egg, flour, olive oil, rolling pin and salt.

100g of fresh ricotta

100g of spinach or pumpkin

Tomato passata
